USA Washer fluid Reservoir leaking!

Went to put in some windshield washer fluid in on my 03 corolla S last night and after poring in almost the whole gallon I noticed it was leaking out the bottom on the driveway at first I thought it was from me missing the filler a few times but it continued to pore out...I don't know how it happened but I think I have a cracked reservoir My question is how do I get at it to check it out It looks like its encased in metal and all I can see is the neck coming out of a round hole...I would hate to have to take my headlight off to get at it Is it possible to get at it/remove through the wheel well and if so is this a hard thing to take off(meaning the wheel well) I ran my washers for about a minute and water still came out so that means that the leak has to be near the top, if I could get to it I probably could seal it instead of buying a new one, but I'm wondering what would have caused this to happen ...Thanks...~Radd Guy~

probably taking off the bumper.. I know it sounds like a lot of work but that's probably the only way.
