bumpy or sorta shaky ride at 100-110 kmh

i just had my tires rotated and balanced on my 95 rolla and everything is smooth but when i get on the highway the car feels shakey and bumpy at 100KMH to 110KMH but if i accellerate to 120KMH its all smooth again but as soon as i let off and it gets back to 110kmh to 100kmh its shakey again. the car needs an alignment thought id mention that but anyone know what the F could be wrong?

thanks
Dan

If you had the wheels balanced and you're sure they did a proper job on it, might be a dented wheel.

Know you just got them balanced but anytime there's a shake that is only there for about a 10mph range usually it's balance IMHO. Could have tire separation in one of the internal layers. (I had that with several Continental tires.) Or you might reach under and jiggle your half-shafts. One of my cars had that problem and had a very slight vibration when I let off the throttle at 70-75 MPH but not any other time. No clicking, boots ok, but you could move the shafts slightly. How long have you had the problem?

I had to get my tires rebalanced before because I knew they did a crappy job, mine would shake after 120km/h which was my usual speed. I'd go back and tell them to redo it if I was you.

My car did a similar thing. They said it was a CV joint. But Ren is right tell them they did a poor job, and they should do it again for free. IF they value as a future customer.
