Timing belt parts list

1990 Corolla Sedan A4-FE Motor

I seem to break everything. Mazdas, Fords, toyotas, revos. Meh, enough about that. Anyways I had a camshaft seal spin out of it's socket either yesterday or today and spew oil all over everything on that side of the engine. Luckilly I was taking her in for an oil change (hate doing those myself) and caught the problem before the motor popped. Anyways since from what I heard the previous mechanic may have been a shyster so I'm going to go ahead and do the timing belt while I have everything apart. What all should I be replacing when I'm doing a T-belt on this car? I already figure the belt and seal, but I just want to know if i should be changing out the tentioner as well? How about the tention spring should I be changing that too?

Thanks guys.

You might wanna change the water pump, since you have to(well not necessarily, but it helps) take the timing belt off to do that.
