AE92 auto tranny fluid change on a 92 sedan

Hey guys, my car only has 80k miles on it. It vibrates horribly when stopped, and in Drive. I think I need to change out my fluid. I can prolly find the drain plug, but where do you fill it up at? Is it on the side of the tranny, do I need a pump? Any additives I should add in there to help smooth things out? What type of fluid should I throw in there?

The drain for the tranmission is the square pan next to the engine oil drain pan. You'll need a 10 mm hex key (not socket) to remove the drain plug.

To refill, pour the fluid into the diptick tube. You just need a funnel.

I suspect the problem is that you need new motor mounts, not a problem with the transmission fluid.

I thought it could be the mounts too. I should have posted it. But one case against it is: the car vibrates while in D stoppped. When I put it in N almost all goes away. Mounts are a PITA to do, hopefully its not that.
