Grease!!!

where to find that yellow color grease that works good with plastic?? i need to re-grease my shifter, where to find this kind of grease?? right now i have a similiar grease on, but it tends to freeze when its cold out and harder to shift, or is this normal? harder to shift when its cold out?...but after it warms up, its fine, weird? or grease?

it might be bearing grease, that shit is a yellowish colour
