Get one from Tony (JSPEC PERFORMANCE), he's selling High Rise Turbo Manifolds that fit T3 Turbos. You can find him on Club4AG, or email him nuffsaid@cs.com, and tell him that I sent you.

You'll also need to figure out which block you're going to use...for boosted applications you should use a 7 rib block 4AG (comes on 4AGZ, and Kouki 4AG), low compression pistons, beefier connecting rods, and crank. I am selling a 4AGZ block if you need one ae86_drifter@yahoo.com

If you're using the blue-top 4AG, electronics, you have to convert to MAP sensor as it's been known that the AFM on the blue tops cause malfunction on boosted applications. My Advice: Get Stand Alone engine management like SDS, Electromotive TEC II, or similar. It's not worth using the OEM harness and perephrials, and I think things like Apex'i SFC's are band-aid solutions.

You'll need at least ZE injectors, upgraded fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator.

The head may need stiffer valve springs to keep them closed at high boost levels.

The other things you need stuff like custom plumbing for the intercooler, turbo, intake, blow off valve, and coolant system.

You'll also need a lot of patience.

If you get serious about this, I know of J&R up in brampton that installs SDS. They're familiar with custom Turbo setups as well, and will even make custom turbos for you.
