AE92 What Gasket for my setup u think.

I'm buying parts for my 4age, I'm only going to go with WEB CAMS Grind #294... light camshafts... that are advertised to idle well...(by the way if anyone has used these cams before give me a review). And some other stuff on the side... Fuel injectors and the other typical stuff... Header.INtake.. yadayada...

I decided against Pistons cuz the setup doesn't seem to call for them. However a friend suggested a performance gasket. Now to my understanding this will increase compression, so I'm wondering if that will force me to use high octane gas? The other thing I want to know is is this really necessary for my setup? Like is it going to even do anything?

cheap solution for a head gasket is to use a 7A-FE gasket its a full steel gasket and its also very thin i believe .023" compressed although dont hold me to it, also make sure the cooling passages line up, they should, just be sure
