clicking noise on bolts

so as im putting back my wheels i hear a clicking noise, what is it? It feels like im tightening it too much and then it clicks, whats the deal about it? thanks...

As long as its grease, I've used god-knows-what, even engineoil, never had ANY problems.

When torquing any hardware down with a lubricant applied, can cause an over-torque, due to the reduced friction. This can cause broken hardware, due to the increased tension. There is also the increased chance that the hardware may loosen, due the afore mentioned reduced friction. Anti-seize is designed for this specific application, with a lower lubrication factor. Some things just aren't worth cutting corners on. Wheel security is one of those things.
