Farting sound from steering wheel

Hi, theres this farting/squeaking sound from my steering wheel when I turn it a certain angle and hit the gas pedal. It sounds like its coming from my steering wheel, like it may not be oiled up. What can I do to solve this problem?

Check power steering fluid. Don't drive it if there's no fluid there cause pump can be expensive to replace.

Steering shaft rubbing againts the boot. Lower dash by the brake pedal.

Lube them both and your all good.
