Lightbulb Interior lights not working

I own a 95 Corolla DX. I was putting in an aftermarket headunit but it wouldn't fit initially, so I wiggled and played around with it till it fit properly. I turned on the car after I put everything back together, but the interior lights won't come on. The turn signals, hazards, and clock light up, but that's it. I would say maybe I blew a fuse but I doubt it because I had the HU in there for a few days prior to all this (I had done a quick install previously because I had to run somewere). I'm thinking I knocked something out of place while trying to get the HU to sit properly, but it's a jungle back there so I wouldn't even know where or what to look for. HELP!

Did you run a new earth for the HU, there is a black wire connected to the OE HU that tests as an earth but isn't really, Run a new earth for the HU then replace the fuse in your car.

yea I did the same thing installing it into my ae92 the first time. I let the green wire touch the black which took out my clock and interior lights
