the 7a does use a differnt t/belt from the 4a, try the 7a t/belt & see if that works

heres some more in fo I have the crank timing gear for the 7afe it has a round cut belt pattern and the 4afe has a square cut. I am thinking about returning this belt i tried today that didnt work and just buy a cam timing gear and put the 7afe timing gears and belt on.

thanks for all your help guys. if you have any more ideas let me know.
