Spark PLugs

I was at CT (before I got the service manual) and I used their little red book to check for the code for a 87 GT-S spark plug.

NGK - G-Power: BCPR5EGP (18-3669-2) was the one listed, and I bought 2 sets.

However, in the manual, they recommand something else, can someone confirm that my plugs are ok?

Do these come pre-set and I don't have to adjust the gap?

0.032"? 8mm?
