ECU wiring/pinouts

To those who want to know about some of the wiring diagram of the ECU.

Just a small question? How can you bypass the speed limiter? A friend told me to simply cut it and it worked for him. Not sure if it would work for me.
His engine is a 3S-GE (i think), mine is a 4A-FE. My car would only go up to 160 kph (100 mph).
