2002 spark plugs

Hi,

Can someone tell me the brand and part number of the '02 OE spark plugs. I think they're NGK but I don't know the part number.

Thanks

The plugs in your 02 Corolla are Irridium, and good for 120,000 miles. NGK's are usually factory plugs, while Nippondenso's are replacements. I don't know the # off the top of my head, but if you call your local dealer, they will tell you.

Those Denso are Iridium plugs, the 120k is the optimum max of the plug but they suggest changing them well before then, I think I read between 80-100K, At about 80k I would just pull a couple plugs and if they look OK and your engine is running good leave them in and just keep checking them every 10K or so...Denso makes electrical parts for Toyota so I figured they might make the plugs too...Plus NKG make a wide range of Iridium plugs.....Radd Guy...

The NGK website lists the IFR6A11 as obsolete so maybe IFR5T11 is correct.
