2003 corolla imobilizer

Have done manual to auto convertion. But wont start i know its from putting different ecu to the key but was wondering if there is a way around this.
like reprograming key to suit auto ecu?

any help would be thanked.

I'm no '03 'rolla genius, but if the ecu came out of a wreck maybe see if you can get the keys/lockbarrels of the wreck. If it came new, might be worthwile to head back to where you got it and ask what you need to do.
