how easy to swap the sr5 motor for the twin cam? what do i need?

Everything that came with that motor... so just hope its complete. And yes, I'm talking Harness, ECU, probably transmission. You might also have to upgrade your fuel lines, fuel pump, fuel system in general as you're going from carbed to EFI.
