I would like too know a few things

1. Which engine are we dealing with 4A-FE SD and some DX, or 7A-FE Some DX and all LE's
2. Which trans 3spd auto SD, 4spd auto DX,LE or 5spd Maunal SD, DX and LE
3. HP expectations, how much power are you looking for ?
4. What is your budget????
5. Who would be doing all the work you or shops?

this information will help me and others to look at your scenerio better!

Just get the IS. You'll be much happier than boosting a 4afe.

There are so many options and routes that you can do with turbos anyways taht you may be in over your head.
