mixing oil???

hey guys, i think i mixed 5w-30 with 10w-40, will i be fine?? when i changed my oil for winter i used 5w-30, its been a couple months now and my oil was getting low, so i added 1 quart of 10w-40 because i wasn't sure which one it was before. The oil is from the same brand, same everything except its a little thicker now, will i be fine? thanks

except that you should understand that weights of oils don't mix like what they're saying above..... the weights of the oils will actually stay seperated...... strangely enough.

My 92 Paseo burns, drips, disappears oil. I refill with whatever I have on hand, being either 10-30 or 10-40.
