Hello Corolla People,I just Joined,so im saying Hello...i gotta good ol AE92 Sedan (1991)....4A-FE (yeah i know...slow) im really enjoying this place,i've found out alot already just by browseing the threads,Lots of Cool Tech STuff that give me hope for even my lil FE ...it'll work for me....go dknows i dont need a fast car...i'll Die..or go to Jail...so 4A-FE all the way!!!!! ROCK ON

Hey welcome to TN, but I must remind you with a bit of tweaking, your "slow" 4AFE can be quite quick. Now I am waiting for Flashmn to step in...

Oh Yes,Like i said,I have hope for it...simple things to make it more Fun,its already Quick enough, Many a Civic has been made to look dumb by it...had it too 112 mph last night WOOHOO good ol'2 lane Virginia boondock roads (ran outta room,still havent topped it out)...and once i get more familiar with this site & how it works i will definatly post some Pics of it,Thanks Peeps again people,im happy to learn from you guys

yeah sometimes I wish I had a coupe version, but in my car the only way you can get it to go that fast is downhill lol. But a wagon owner like myself always looks forwards to snow and other slippery road surfaces, especially in a 4wd!

4wd Is Great...i do it the Ghetto Way...i got a set of 2 Skinny lilMud Tires...some wierd tiny size 145 sumthings...so i have my fun in the Snow as well...and man....i tell ya...if i dont get my Reg. street tires balanced Soon & my alignment fixed...it'll rattle apart at those speeds haha...but..its like Han Solo Said...She may not look like much,but she'll make .5 past light speed..MUWAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA

BTW post some pics of that old rolla of yours.. you got a 91 so its not that bad, that's the better sedans IMO.

I took some the other day actually...however i lost the software for my camera...so once found,it'll be shown,and im proud of it

its pretty clean i spent a while waxing it and why no rice? Paint it yellow through some stickers and a 5 & 3/4 inch fart pipe on the back & im ready to live my life a 1/4 mile at a time

Don't think too badly of your 4AFE, I had a 4AF (woo-hoo, two-barrel carb puttin' out about 95 angry horses to the flywheel!) and even the carb'd 4A's have potential. With serious work you can do just about anything! DOHCs makes room for improvements...

You guys are just haters! If anyone disses the 4AFE again I'll make sure I see you on the next TN meet.. And that includes you Ren..

The 4AFE is a good engine to build on.. And you can always upgrade to a ihm ihm turbo..

I have a 4AFE on my SR5, but I admit my car is no go.. I get more attention than some of the 4AGE guys just cause my car is "deaaad sexy"
