How many miles on it? At what mileage was the timing belt changed? What engine is in it ? (probably 4A-FE)
Automatic or Manual?

My guess is that it is a good deal, but expect to spend about that same amount in the near future for various fix-ups. The 4A-FE is a reasonable fuel economy engine, but it isn't very powerful.

Which makes the 1990 Prism GSI that much better

The 4AFE is a solid motor tho. If you want a cheap dependable car, I'd recommend that you snag it.

I got mine for free with 127K miles on it... no rust, been babied real bad!,very clean! except its A/T too... I'll spend a 1500 on it so it should be better on handling than my 9th gen and tC! take the car for 750! or 800 but tell him to wash it and spray the hell out of the rust!

nice car really!

Bought my '92 (140K) on e-bay for $700 with a blown head gasket and am not sorry about the price.
