Swapping seats between driver and passanger

After 10 years and 140k miles, my driver seat on my 95 corolla is starting to feel wierd and sagging, but my passanger side seesms to be fine. Do you think I can take out the foam parts (exclude the rails and bracket) and swap them? Any potential problem?

I wouldn't want to buy a used seat because I am getting rid of the car in a couple of years, right now just trying to get by or wear them out evenly, so when I need replacement I can get a pair.

Try a do-it-yourself scrap yard, you'll only pay $30 or so for another seat, most likely. It's way easier than switching the seats from base to base...which I'm in the process of doing (can't find matching seats for my cars!). There are lots of springs and wires and fastners holding everything together, and it'll take a good few hours---maybe many!

But good luck if you try it. I'm really stubborn so it gives me courage to try!

My car has no power seat and what so ever, what I am worried about is the joint that move the back support. I can swap just the bottom as that is the one that got worned out.

I am afraid my seat is in better condition than the ones in junkyard. Those right here are very expensive and nothing in the 30 range. Does anyone know if the foam is molded into the frame or the joints between the back and the bottom?
