Anyone need a project car??? they want $300 for this one. it's an 84 Corolla SR (is that an ae85?? or an ae86??) engine is dead, but the car is supposed to be in great condition for the year.
NEEDS HEAD GASKET & ALTERNATOR
Comment: Was driven daily, auto trans., exhaust, suspension and brakes in exc. condition but engine failed. Well maintained, only 2nd owner. Have receipts. Body & interior not bad for age. 220K. $300 as is or b.o. (519)621-9883 or cell 240-1754. Cambridge area.
If anyone is interested in buying that car but is worried about the engine, I have a big port AE86 TVIS engine available that's coming out of my car. It has 210,000 ORIGINAL kms on the engine and all records to go along with it. Engine pulls strong and has an intake, new spark plugs, new timing belt, new waterpump and does not burn any oil. - I will deliver this engine to anywhere in the GTA for $300 Canadian, installation is also an option. Engine is still in my car so you are welcome to bring compression test equipment or leakdown tester to check things for your self, nothing to hide here!
Hey Deep, that wasn't a Panda. A panda is when the bumpers and the bottom doors and fenders are painted black..
I don't know why you guys would put a big port engine on this car when it's an Auto. You should consider a 5spd. tranny first!

Xenon, considering that the SR5 for sale needs a headgasket, anything would be an improvement right? Consider the cost for labour in doing a headgasket job, plus timing belt, plus parts, you're already waayyy past the $300 I'm asking for a healthy 4AGE engine. I'm also offering the buyer installation here...
