Performance parts for AE92 Corolla?

Do any of u guys know where I can get some motor and suspension performance parts for my AE92 91 Corolla Wagon?

The springs and struts off of an ae92 SR5 should fit your car.. You can get them off ebay. I'd try from a Tuner Shop though for part ordering.


As for motor stuff I can't think of any.

I was thinking of doing a custom turbo setup, small boost, maybe 6-8 psi...I already have a turbo, its a Cummins Diesel turbo that I got for free from a friend....and I can make custon plumbing and a custom exhaust manifold........

any 4a engine swap. Other engines if you want do to shit loads more work. Gts suspension might work also, no?

If your keen go for it, but have you thought about something to control the timing and fueling??

That Turbo is WAAAAYYYY to big. if its off a cummins 5.9 12v or 24v TD that came in a dodge ram. unless its off a cummins 4BT motor, then it MIGHT be small enough but i still think your motor wont spool it up yet alone getting a turbo management system

Actually the AWD wagons have different struts than GTS or SR5, the AWD wagons have cartridges, but they're different part numbers from the GTS cartridges.

My wagon isnt a 4WD version, but the turbo is from a 350, i suppose a detroit diesel, but i was also thinking of a 4AG(Z)E swap, but i have no clue as to where i can find a motor.

In which case then yes.. the Sedan or SR5 suspension will fit.

I'm not even sure if the turbo will work for you. Many diesel turbos are variable vain which are not even compatible with gas engines.

I remember a article in which this guy did a DIY civic turbo using a 5.9l cummins diesel turbo and he's making like 250+ whp

Sure it can be done, but just get the right turbo before wasting all that money building a system around a free way too big turbo...

just so you know us gts ppl have to special order every thing parts for your car are almost going to be non existant but dont give up my friend!

I'm running the ae92 sr5, and have gone through two suspension setups so far. Keep it simply and look into the ksport setup, then find a 4age of some sort to swap into the car. For parts, you can find most of them on ebay, or by searching around on various forums. You might even be able to find a few parts in the junkyard. I've started making a little store that revolves around ebay to help us out with our searches.
