Correct idle speed?

1986 FWD Corolla, 4AC engine, carburetor, automatic.

Should the engine idle be at 1100 RPM when the air conditioner compressor is running and the transmission is in park? I couldn't find a specification or adjustment for this in the factory manual or at AutoZone.com.

Base idle is 750 RPM, idle-up (hose at end of throttle positioner removed) is 900 RPM. The mixture is according to the manual, 50 RPM lean drop from 700 RPM.

The vacuum hoses are all new (genuine Toyota -- $$$), and the VSVs for the idle-up and the A/C don't leak.

Your car is 20yrs old.. no matter what the specs were back in 86, it will never idle at that speed again. Trust me, everyone knows that, all 4A motors idle higher than new, they either idle high or too low. But at 1000+-RPM is fine, it won't kill the motor.

It's got way less than 100,000 miles on it, and I just put in a new carb kit a week ago because the float valve of the non-Toyota one installed ten years ago didn't have a screen to block debris from the crumbling fuel hose between it and the filter. Bits of rubber clogged up several passages and prevented idle, but now the engine idles smoothly even down to 650 RPM.
