Mine got hit the other day while it was parked, now the D-side doors are all jacked up but I got a fat check so I hope to be in a tC or 07 Camry within the next month or two.

Always got love for the AE102 tho!!!

My 94 is still going strong. Noticed the engine sounded a little off the other day, but then realized it needed the oil changed and afterwards it was back to normal.

I plan to be here awhile. My '94 Prizm is the only car of the thirty or so I've owned that I can count on to get me to work every day. If I didn't break the yellow wire which sends the signal to the "low oil" light four months ago, my odometer would be reading "250,000" by now. Many feel that I'm wasting my time putting work into a 230k mile econobox, but to tell the truth, these are among the easiest, most enjoyable cars to work on. It'll never be fast, I just like to see people freak out when they see the figure on my odometer.

My 97 Corolla still looks and drives great. With 140,000 miles, it should be around for quite a few more years.

Blackstone: Don't feel bad man, im building a rebuilt engine for my car (233k)!!

its also true that these cars are easy to work on, anytime i work on anything else i find myself at canadian tire buying odd tools to finish things....

I was a diehard Chevy guy until I replaced the transmission in my mother-in-law's 92 Corolla. I couldn't believe how easy the job was. Soon after, I sold my Cutlass and replaced it with the Prizm.... best overall car I've ever owned, hands down. I cringe when my wife tells me her Silverado is making a strange noise, because I know I'll be inventing new cusswords working on it. I do maintain a place in my heart for GM's 3800-powered Buicks, too. In the next year or two, I expect my need for performance and comfort to outweigh my need for economy. That's where Buick will find a spot in my driveway. Even then, I plan to keep the Geo around.

I'm on my second one.

My '89 Camry has passed the point of economical repair, so I picked up a '93 Corolla with only 295,000 miles. Sold my '94 Corolla with 210,000 miles on it. '93 is a DX, with overdrive, int. wipers, cruise, power locks, most everything my Camry had, except rust. '94 didn't have any goodies, except for working A/C.

'93 blows a little smoke on WOT, but we'll see what happens. Check the oil every day.

I've got a 94 4afe manual. Just got myself an eibach pro-kit and the tokico "blues", pics will be posted once they're installed.

Other misc mods include: sony headunit, some cheap sony 12's, short shifter kit, aftermarket tach(not one of those big ass ones), and swapped the stock gauge cluster lights for red ones(almost have all the dash lights red, all I need is to solder up an LED).
