i jus busted a bolt off in my head!!!! i was replecing the thermostat in my 18R...got it all off ok, but put the second bolt in...did not even get it tight, an i felt that shudder go down my spine as it went soft....
does anyone have any sparkin ideas?? treid an allen key in it, but it snapped too...drilled it out again, an now don know what to do! i got no access to a proper easy-out tool or nothin!!!

This is a tough one. Perhaps you can grind and file down the end of a bolt or screwdriver and use it as a primitive easy out. Come to think of it, it might work better than an easy out. Those things are so brittle that I usually snap them off. Of course, I usually drill too small a hole and start with too small a size.

id recomend an really good quality easy out, snap-on, bluepoint, use the biggest size possible, maybe try to use some heat too. Failing everything else drill it out and re-tap it

I dont recommend those easy out tools, never used them, if I break a bolt, I drill it out and clean the threads. If you snap that easy out in there, its gonna be hard as shit to get that out, as you cant drill it with a normal drill bit, because its tempered.
