Is it alright to use fully synthetic oil in my 4A-FE? The owners manual says to use 10w-30, but can that apply to synthetic oil? Like Mobil 1? My engine has no leaks, and it only has 32k miles.

Valves have never been adjusted, have yet to hear any lifter-clearance noise. That stuff really does inhibit wear.
