Synthetic alright to use in my wagon?

Is it alright to use fully synthetic oil in my 4A-FE? The owners manual says to use 10w-30, but can that apply to synthetic oil? Like Mobil 1? My engine has no leaks, and it only has 32k miles.

logged 239,750 miles on my '94 Camry w/ Mobil 1. Valves have never been adjusted, have yet to hear any lifter-clearance noise. That stuff really does inhibit wear.
