And I really don't think this thing could do much! It feels so thin...
When I went to put it on, I could only get one side to line up with the holes, so I got my brother to just bend it to fit. Now, if you can bend it so easy, how can it properly tie the strut towers together?

I have one sitting in my garage. There is something on the firewall that I will have to move and I don't feel like doing it so I didn't. Asked the mechanic I work with, and other people i know who would have an idea, if they actually do anything that you will notice while driving and I have been told NO 100% by everyone
I doubt he did. Just because it's the same body style doesn't mean the body hasn't shifted at all. Or maybe someone in the factory slacked that day. Only takes less than 1cm to be off and you can't get it over the bolts
when you bend it that way its not the same way it needs to take the bending forces any ways it will be alot stronger cause it is getting pushed on in a differnt way. like for example a 2x4 you could break it by putting it on lets say a log and placing it with the 4" side up and have you and a friend stand on it on both sides but when you rotate it around so the 2" side is up you will not its alot stronger same sorta concept
You guys are funny. :P The bar itself doesn't stop the strut towers from flexing. The bar distributes the flex to other places, like the opposing strut tower to help minimize the effects of flex.
