Price to pay for AE92 4agze w/ecu?

I'd hate to get one from an AW11 and have the valve cover be backwards

Ok, what is a good price to pay for a complete 4agze from an AE92, with ECU and cut harness? Engine only, no tranny.

I have a lead on one for $550, plus shipping of course.

This is something I've been thinking about for my SR5 for a while, and if this is a good price, I think I'll go for it!

um, the valve covers are still backwards on the ae92 and ae101.... toyota was too lazy to change them from the aw11.....

$550 is a good deal, as long as it's a clean motor.... i picked mine up with engine/tranny/cut axles/cut harness for $700 shipped....

LOL! the only reason I "wouldn't" buy an AW11 GZE is because of the lower power output from the AE92 versions. But its probably easier to find one in North america than the AE92 versions anyways.

not really..... aw11 s/c's get horded by mr2 owners such as myself...... if they get totalled usually that mr2 owner will buy another mr2 & swap them over..... but you *can* find them.... it's just much eaiser to get get on ebay and type in 4agze to find a JDM motor
