Help!!! Clutch pedal doesn't do anything!!

Ok, I was on the highway in 5th gear, and I started to go up a hill. Since I was taching low to begin with; I had to downshift. Instead of going to 4th, I wanted to race up the hill and shift into 3rd, as I have done many times before (at the speed I was going it would be about 4500 in 3rd).

Anyways, I missed 3rd (as it is late, I was coming home from a concert, and I've been up since early this morning with 3 hours sleep the night before), and now I have a real big problem.

My clutch pedal has little to no resistance. If I am in neutral and I start the car, I can't shift into any forward gear, and reverse grinds like a bitch; so I know the clutch isn't disengaging.

When I put the shifter into 1st and start the car (and pump the gas so it starts in gear), I can rev match to shift up through the gears. Once in 3rd or higher, the clutch works; though only at the last inch or so of the pedal. It DOES disengage.

The fluid is full, and when you pump the clutch I can see the fork moving (or at least the boot on the front of my tranny)

What did I do to my poor car?

Jesus...labour kills. hope it works good now
I heard that in order to replace my clutch that I have to move the engine to drop the tranny, since it has many 4wd parts. Anyone hear of this?
