Thinking of buying a 2003 Corolla

Looking at buying a 2003 Corolla LE for my wife. Frst time I've ever drove one. I usually look towards buying more sporty rides, but this car seems really nice and drives really well. It has 37,000 miles on it. I don't know anything about these cars and trying to get a quick lesson before I try to make a deal. Is there anything I should look for on this car? So far haven't found anything wrong with it. The car does not have cruise control, which is kind of a problem, but I guess I could add that later. Also, would like to put different wheels on sometime, is 17" to big?

My 03 Corolla has 80,000Kms which is about 43,000miles (I think)

I don't know of any problems to watch out for as I've had none.

You can go with 17" rims as the (Matrix XRS rims 17's) are used on the Corollas quite a bit.
