hello everybody i am new to the forum and i have a question about my 89 corolla gts. I just got it 3 weeks ago it has a 2 and 1/2 inch pacesetter exhaust and a AEM cold air intake the car does 150 MPH but the problem is when I'm on the high way and I'm doing 70 or 80 MPH the rpms are hitting 3 and 1/2 to 4 and thats in 5Th gear i know it should not be doing that i was wondering if I'm not getting enough air or not can anybody help me
Thats just the way they are geared my friend lol my GT-S revs happy too, and also when you first start it for the day and she rev's to 2 1/2 grand dont worry bout that too, alot of older toyotas do that. lol ohh and goodluck with the 150mph you be lucky to go 120 lol well at least thats my case.
How you liking the car so far ? hows the exhaust sound ?
