ECU

Use the ECU from whichever head you are going to use. Smallport or Big port.

ok thanks im making a lsit of how much things are going to cost ...does it make a diffence if you have a new comp compared to a new one? used comp 50 to 150...new or remanufactured 300 to 500

is the stock tranny thats on the 90-93 celica st (4afe) the same as the 5speed trannys for the corollas? i think the stock tranny should hold up good with the hybrid engine..i like the stock one because its good for acceleration ...not all that great for top speed 5800rpm@120mph in 5th

also whats the diffence between the rods and pistons in the ge n/a ge blocks and the 7afe blocks? also after i make the engine will it still be non-interferance?

last post on this (for now) im going with the small port head due to im still going to use the car as a dayly driver can i still get at least 20mpg? city :-?
