Help! My speedometer doesn't work

First of all this 2003 Corolla is after accident, so many things might cause my speedometer not to work. Technically, it's not that the whole cluster doesn't work, but just the speed needle. If somebody knows where the speed read comes in from to the speedometer, that would help me greatly.
I checked all fuses, looked at all connections (nothing is really missing), but still have no speed reading.

I guess I might have to take my dash out again
