7A-FE question

i know there are 2 versions of the USDM 7A-FE theres the 93-95.5 then theres the 95.5 to 97

the early 93 - 95.5
-No EGR
-No crank position sensor
-rated at 115hp and 115ft/lbs

the late 95.5 - 97
-Has EGR
-Has crank position sensor
-Rated at 112hp and 117ft/lbs

Are these the only differences? If not please help me out!

I wanna use the late model engine with my early model car(use all early model sensors) because i cant find a early model engine that doesn't burn oil!

wait...... in fact my brother has a 95' dx 7afe, and he has an egr, i have a 94 with no egr. Sounds about right between the 7afes', but......i think you're missing an "adjustable distributor" for the 93-95 or is it just the 93-94? either way when i showed my cousin with a 96 rolla my engine he said i had an adjustable distributor which he didn't have, so check into that, i'm not quite sure as well as to tell the difference between one or not
