What kind of motor oil should I be using?

My 1990 Toyota Corolla has over 340,000 miles on it (Same Engine). So, i was wondering, since it has a lot of miles on it, what type of oil should i be using?

Well, I wouldn't mess with success...if you got 340,000 miles on a '90 Corolla, keep using whatever oil you've been using !!! Don't mess with success
