what's the spark plug gap for an 88-89 4AGE engine.. BCPR5EP11 NGK plugs or Denso PQ16R plugs... I looked in the owner's manual but they neglected to put the gap for the 4AGE engines, they only had the 4AF and 4AF-E, which are also different plugs. :-? (tried google too.. nothing! :-? )

Also, Which are better?? NGK or Denso?? I know Canadian Tire carries NGK but I dont think they carry denso's.. what other places carry denso plugs? (I mean big stores, but if you know a small place that would carry them, I would probably give them a try if I cannot find them anywhere else).

gap em 1.10 mm or 0.43 in and torque em at 13 ft lbs

i found .044 on a google page.. but when I go see it, the reference is not anywhere on the page.. must be on the cached one.

Well.. I went to canadian tire, and to my amazement. The BCPR5EP11 have been discontinued by NGK. BUT they were replaced by better NGK's the G-Power BCPR5EGP plugs.

I got NGK in my car wich has a 88-89 4A-GE. How ever wich is better I don't know. Probably the other one.

use NGK for all purpose anyway

i use OEM ones...expensive but what can go wrong?
