AE86 Whats with the springs?

Ok correct me if I'm wrong here but AE86 Corolla GT-S springs are supposed to be tappered (coned a bit) on one end right? I'm asking because every time I order some and get them in and open the box they are not tappered and do not fit. Am I supposed to get other parts to fit this stuff in or are they just contiuosly sending me FWD parts when I specifically say RWD?

If I have to get other parts where do I get them from? Cuz I'm getting tired of sending parts back and my insurance company wants my car inspected at the end of this month.
