exhaust manifold bolts and gasket for the 4af engine?

A related question: Manifold bolts are subjected to more heat than the usual bolt. But on the 89-92 Corolla they don't look much different from the typical bolts used elsewhere. I can go to many hardware stores and find an assortment of metric bolts. If I were replacing a manifold bolt would I be making a mistake to get a "grade 8" bolt, which is fairly brittle? Should I get a softer bolt that streches more?

Different country so my prices are useless, but to answer the other question.
Just buy the bolt from toyota there prices aren't bad, and the bolt you get is designed to be used for that particular tension and heat range.

yea I know there is a guy on the fourms who works at toyota and knows the prices. Hardware stores around her don't carry the quailty of bolt needed. Hell they couldn't give me one for a radsupport on an only firebird...
