H&R and kyb gr-2??

i have a 99 corolla just wondering if these springs and struts go good together...im told eibach pro kit and kyb gr2 go well together but so far i can only find H&R sport springs locally for 350 canadian flat....im still gonna bargain...

so how do the h&r springs go with kyb gr-2 struts?...

also...right now i have kyb gr-2 rear struts they have about 50 000km on them...im really tight on cash so will i be fine replacing just the front stock struts to kyb gr-2...
everything will be knew except for the rear kyb gr2

what do u guys think? thanks

Thumbs up

i have that combo. good ride and virtually no lean. add a rear sway and you'll be golden!

i was gonna get them on ebay for like 220 canadian...but with shipping and duties and all that..itll be around 330-340....but i was able to find a local store that give me them for 350 taxes in...i am still looking around though...

my concern is that my rear is lower than the front cuz i have subs in the trunk...will this kit even my car out? and will i be able to put a lot of weight on these springs?

its either h&r or eibach springs..so far i couldnt have ne eibach springs locally..so h&r is first choice

I'm probably going for a trip to the states this year. I'm heading towards long island from ontario. are there any good places to buy suspension components along the way.

My shopping list is currently rims, tires, struts and springs. not sure if i want or need the sway bars.

any help here would be appreciated.

If you have a big stereo in your trunk look into springs that drop the front more then the rear then. Usually Tien S-tech gives sumthin like 1.8 front 1.6 rear or sumthin..so it'll sit more level with your stereos added weight

Questions: i have 99 toyota corolla too. And I just changed 4 of my struts with kyb gr2. Now, the rear part drops lower than the front. It drops a lot more, about 3 fingers wide.

Btw, I took off both of the rear sway-bar link. Is it because of that?
