currently depending on where you live, you can get from 93-96 for under 5k$. I saw a 97 for under 5k but the miles were slightly above avg. I live in PA also.

The comment before is right. The last year as far as I know is 89 but with the 4 af you can do a direct head swap to the 4 ag and the cam setup for it is sick. You gain 33% more hp with the swap. Also the 4 age swap is pretty clean. I am thinking about going to the 4 age engine and supercharging and changing the cams. All together it puts the car at a little over 200 hp. Other than all of that I would stick with FI unless you get a carbed rolla and go with the K740 weber carb kit. It is the only kit that is easily tunable for a long period of time. The holly carb setup is a little more touchy on tuning. The cheapest I can find the kit shipped is for like $370 and it comes with the adapter plate and linkage. Hope this helps.

Last summer I found and purchased a '91 Corolla LE. It was a "little old lady" story. It only had 35K on it, and I paid $3,000. It was in great shape, with only a few little dings. I've put about 6,500 on it so far, and I couldn't be happier. I use it mostly to commute to work. It gets twice the mpg as my Z-71. I live in SC.
