The sportmax is nice.. the rewinds, if you can find them.. are FTW!

32 offset on the sportmax sounds a little too tight.. the Rewinds with 42 offset are a better, safer choice.

Remember.... AE92: 38-45offset... 38-45offset... 38-45offset...

I stuck some 17x7 on my 97. ASA JS1... lemme say they're sweet! I did have to put some stiffer struts in though, the stocks were trash. In some instances, not mine, the larger wheels have a tendency to rub, esp. on the rears. Easily fixed by bending the inside lip of the wheel wells up. Sounds scary but you can't see the mod from the outside.

Yep, fat tires with a low wheel offset will rub in the back on 93-97. Instead of bending that lip up I just filed it down and painted over it.

yeah, canadianae92, mine does the same thing when I put on the new wheels. I put some tokico struts in which solved most of the rubbing at higher speeds but I still get it when cornering, and its even worse if its an uphill turn. For the life of me I still can't find stiffer, normal length springs without getting the lowering type. Damnation.

Would anyone happen to have pictures of fwd konig rewinds(other than the ones from konigs web site).

For suspension I want to get GC coil overs with stiff springs I don't know how stiff stuff like lowering springs would be.

http://www.ae92gts.com/ae92gts_wheel_fit.html<< great ae92 wheel guide

for ground control you can tell them the application that you want to run and they will choose the stiffness. i told them a mix between street and autocross and they gave me 250 lbs in the rear and 300 lbs in the front
