Do a search next time, you'll be amazed at how quickly you can find some things.

If after doing your search and following the links, you’re probably saying to yourself "I don’t want to take the seats out, the brake like out, and the fuzzy cardboard tray out, I just want the speakers to come out". The answer is, the speaker covers are held onto the fuzzy cardboard by 4 or 5 plastic studs that fit thru holes in the cardboard and held on by round metal clips. If you pry the covers up, you’ll never get the clips back on without taking the cardboard out. You could, maybe just use some sealant to glue them back on.

^Err it's not that much effort, and it definitely makes no sense to rip the covers off the deck. Plus, you don't have to remove the seat if you have folding seats.
