USA I think so...

I am pretty sure that it fits, the ce,le,s,xrs and the matrix all share the same chasis, but, dosent the XRS allready have a tuned suspension?

Since the XRS has a totally diff suspension setup I am gonna go with no it wont fit, I have had my bosses XRS next to my S and the suspension looked totally diff to me just by looking at it, now keep in mind also I am not a suspension expert

Suspension is .5" lower on XRS due to stiffer springs. I'm not sure if the struts are the same, but I think they might be different, in which case it would not be compatible. Why don't you email the company and find out?

The struts are the same but I wouldn't put those on your corolla. If you're going to go with coilovers, get the entire setup (which = $$$) You'd probably be better off with a good set of springs like eibachs or teins. What kind of drop are you looking for and what kind of ride quality?

Yes they will fit shoudl you get them no Ground Control is a poor brand and I have known of people having nothing but issues with these after installed. For a full coilover system your looking at like 1,000. get yourself a set of Tein S-Techs for like 120 shipped and your set.
