Clutch...

Any ideas as to what level of clutch would best be suited for my 4A-GE, basicly stock with a complete modded head? I have to replace it anyway, would the oem clutch be enough? As well where would I pick up an aftermarket clutch?

it depends on what your idea of a completely modded head is.

Its a semi race port and polish
it has a 3 angle valve job, shaved .010, new cam seals, new valve stem guides and all other stock components. No cams or gears as of yet but they wont be long.
I dont need somthing race-ready i dont think, im tied to a budget now cause of the head, so Id like somthing decent, for a decent price. Thats why I figured OEM, but an aftermarket my even be cheaper then OEM from the dealer.

a street clutch. Some comparable to OEM, maybe one that has a higher hp/tq capacity for the next mods coming up

I'll be changing back to a stock clutch on my modded MR2 SC. Right now it has the TRD kevlar disc / TRD pressure plate setup but the disc chatters occasionally when it heats up. Since I'll be installing my torsen lsd anyways, I'll take the chance to pop a stock clutch disc back in.

For my 20v, I'll be running a stock clutch and pressure plate, but the flywheel I'm using is much larger than the stock 4AG 200mm diameter.
