Intake for 93-97?

Anyone had any luck with air intakes for a 93-97? I got a nice little boost from the "Weapon R Secret Weapon" I bought... not sure it was worth the $200 I spent though. It did get me my first speeding ticket since driving this car...

I just made my own when i had the FE... either that or buy a short ram. I found both worked well. Dunno if it made too much of a diff tho, just got me cleaner and cooler air...

i used the stock box now filter... new pipe from the box to the TB.... then used the stock peice from the box to the fender, fiberglassed the front enlet and stuck the filter on the part that goes into the fender.. great throttle responce got power all the way through the rpm band... but one day i will move the battry and do a full cold air intake....... it is from my experance that a short ram air intake does more harm then good... http://www.corollaperformance.com/Mo...ine/Index.html

take a look here should help you some

The most you would see from intakes would be a whopping 5hp. Don't blame your air filter for your ticket! Thats pathetic
