You probably got water into the distributor... To fix it pull off the distributor cap and hose it down on the inside with WD40 both the cap and the distributor. Then blow it out with canned air. Reinstall the cap and fire it up.
If you have a CAI installed and submerged the end of it in water, there is a whole other ball game. Pull the spark plugs, turn the engine over with the starter a few times to make sure the cylinder(s) are not hydrolocked, ( full of water ). Then reinstall the spark plugs and try to start it up.
If you have a stock air intake the hydrolock problem shouldn't be an issue.
