if so, where or how could i get one?

The year of your car would've been good to know.. and you can probably get a kit from Toyota.

my car is a 2006 corolla LE...phatom gray..

would i be able to get it painted too?

I imagine you'd jsut go to the Toyota Parts counter..they'd probably charge an arm and a leg though.

i hope some where around like 700 or so..

i would get an after market one...but i like the stock one..and i kno that it is going to fit the way i want..also the color, i dont wanna have to pay for it to be painted..i wanna buy the body kit painted and have it installed..hopefully like 750..idk..im jus thrrowin out numbers
