Mounting front license plate

Hello,
I've moved to a new location and now I'm required to have a front license plate.
I'm just wondering if anyone has any ideas for mounting a plate to a 2005 Corolla S without drilling holes in the bumper. Looks like a good place is right under the bumper, because there are a few holes right below the bumper, although these don't look like screw holes.

Any ideas?

Thank you,
-Ryan

get creative and make a bracket similar to the ones used by Mazda for the RX7.

I have the same problem, what I did on mine is right under the bumper where the hole is for the air to get into the engine, about 3 inches in, there is a metal bar that helps support the radiator, and what I did is buy some metal peices bent them in a L and secured one side of them to the bracket (just make sure you dont go through the radiator, its hard to bc you have like 2 inches of clearance, just be careful) and drill holes on the front side for the four license place screws.... when I was done with that it would be hitting my front bumper when going over bumps, so I went to the hardware store and bought some double stick foam, and sticked the top part of the license plate to the bumper, and it looks pretty good, I know this is a long procedure, but like you I dont want holes in my bumper....

Don't drill anything just throw it under your seat and if you get stopped show the cop you have it and tell him it just fell off Or duck tape works wonders...~Radd

I don't know where he moved to, but in california, Zip Ties or duct tape won't do. It has to be mounted on securely... cops look for screws and bolts.

With that said, people have done creative brackets or adhere the plate to the bumper, then glue some cut screw heads on the plate so it looks like you used screws.
