The eibach's are good springs but I have also heard of a lot of people using the Tein H-tech or S-tech springs. If it were me, I would use the TRD lowering springs which are like $230 or so.

It's my understanding Eibach makes the TRD springs. Both of these are also progressive rate springs. I also believe these will give you a drop between 1 and 1.25 inches.

The Tiens are both linear rate springs. The H-techs I believe give close to a 2 inch drop after they settle and the S-techs give about a 2.3 or 2.4 inch drop after settling.

You will also need to decide what you want out of the springs before you make a choice. Do a search for 9th gen corolla (without the spaces) and check the forums. There is a great write-up on springs and coilovers.

Anyone know why it always goes *********** when I try to type 9th gen corolla?

Go with Tein S.techs. 9th gen corollas are pretty high to begin with. Anything less than a 2" drop will not be that noticeable.
